When I founded iDream Technology, I wasn't trying to start an agency. I was trying to fix something that frustrated me.
I had watched too many companies hire software firms and end up with broken products, blown budgets, and partners who disappeared the moment the contract ended. The industry felt transactional. Every project was a fire to put out, not a partnership to build.
I wanted to build something different — a company that treats client work as if it were our own business. Because in a real sense, it is. We're stewards of our clients' assets. If a feature won't deliver ROI, we flag it. If technical debt is going to hurt them in six months, we address it. If something is unclear, we pause and ask, not guess.
The 12 Commitments aren't slogans. They're the principles we hold ourselves accountable to.
Today, iDream Technology operates across two continents — US-based leadership in Bloomington, IL, world-class engineering in Lahore. We deliver software for startups racing to ship, for established companies building their next chapter, and for enterprises that need partners who understand both the technology and the business.
We're still here. Most agencies aren't. That's not luck — it's because we built this to last.
If you're considering working with us, I'd love to talk personally.
